Hi, I’m Cassy Laessig!
I’ve been a freelance hair and makeup artist for over nine years, and I absolutely love what I do. Whether I’m creating bold, dramatic looks or keeping it natural and simple to enhance your features, my goal is to make you look and feel like your best self. That said, I do specialize in soft, natural looks!
My journey began in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where I earned my Cosmetology certificate from Gogebic Community College. From there, I took things to the next level in Los Angeles by completing the Master Makeup Artistry Program at Makeup Designory. Over the years, my work has been featured in publications like The New York Times, Bridal Musings, Green Wedding Shoes, VoyageLA, Belle Meade Lifestyle, and my own project, Nashty Bride.

Currently, I split my time between Nashville, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and Northern Wisconsin. I specialize in hair and makeup for weddings, films, photography, and special events.
