Service Description
On-location beauty, corrective, and airbrush makeup applications for photography, video, fashion, personal branding, parties, and special events. To secure your date for hairstyling services, a signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer are required at the time of booking. Serving Manitowish Waters, Minocqua, Eagle River, Bayfield, Houghton, Marquette, and surrounding areas in Northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Unfortunately, not booking in Nashville, Tennessee until further notice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the scheduled service date will not be charged beyond any non‑refundable retainer already paid. Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled service date will be charged in full, as the date has been reserved and is unlikely to be rebooked on short notice. No‑shows or same‑day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Cassy Laessig and her team reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. If any client or member of the party is rude, aggressive, intoxicated, or makes the artist feel unsafe or uncomfortable, the artist may leave the premises immediately. In these situations, no refunds will be issued. In the rare event that Cassy Laessig or an assigned artist/assistant must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances: • A qualified replacement artist will be arranged whenever possible. • If a suitable replacement cannot be secured, all payments made, including the retainer, will be fully refunded. This refund will be the sole remedy, and no additional compensation will be provided.
