Hi, I’m Cassy!
I’m a freelance hair and makeup artist with 10+ years of experience, specializing in weddings, film, commercial photography, music videos, and special events. I’ve had the opportunity to work with 250+ brides, as well as clients from all walks of life, celebrities, performers, and production teams across the United States.
I love creating all kinds of looks, whether that’s natural, full glam, or transforming someone into a completely different character for a production. More than anything, I want my clients to feel comfortable, confident, and have an enjoyable experience.
Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from weddings and engagement sessions to music videos, commercials, movies, fashion shows, red carpets, and award shows. Some highlights include working on a Super Bowl commercial, being featured in The New York Times with Jason Kelce, placing in the National Makeup Artist Championship at Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Con, and working with brands and artists including Apple Music, Mitsubishi Motors, Tractor Supply Co., Ole Smoky Moonshine, Joy Oladokun, Colt Ford, and Halestorm.
My work has also been featured on ESPN, Starz, CMT, Lifetime, Amazon Video, and in bridal publications including Rock n Roll Bride, Bridal Musings, Green Wedding Shoes, and my very own passion project The Up North Bride.
But honestly, some of my favorite work has nothing to do with big productions. It’s spending a morning with a bride and her favorite people, helping someone feel confident in front of the camera, or seeing a client light up when they see the finished look.
